Room was very small, could not open suitcase. They did not clean the room once but we stayed a week. Only one elevator, takes a long time for it to be free In the morning as it's always full. Bathroom fan was not enough to absorb the water, whole room was foggy after using the shower. I would not stay here again, but staff were very very nice and location is great

The staff were very helpful and friendly during my stay. They even helped me get my phone back when I had lost it on the train. Their rooms were good and they have a rooftop terrace that you can lounge and gaze at the river. Hope to come back with the same great service. Thank you so much! 🫶🏿

This has been a huge disappointment. The room was so dirty it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in months - there were toenails on the carpet, smudges and sticky white dirt on the surfaces around the bed. Also, the windows were darkened, keeping the room in constant darkness. The worst thing however was the cigarette smoke that was blown into our room throughout the room (either through the AC or the neighbouring room). Sleep was impossible also because of the noise in the hotel even past 2am. Also, the hotel should fix the black mould around in the lobby around the AC, it’s not only disgusting but a health hazard.

Room was quite small (just barely room for walking) and no washing machine in suite. Washroom / shower is quite spacious though. Fresh towel service provided everyday. Small drink cooler provided in our room 24/7 rooftop access with views of the sky tree! It's beautiful at night time. Front desk let us store our luggage before check in while we explore the neighbourhood. Location is right beside asakusa line and 10 minute walk to Ginza line. 10 minute walk to sensoji. Plenty of excellent food around. Location is great to go to other areas of Tokyo!

We were very impressed with the team, who were exceptionally helpful and cheerful. This was our first time visiting Japan, and they proactively solved many of the challenges we faced with kindness and professionalism. For example, they helped us to retrieve our lost item in Osaka and deliver it to Tokyo, and they explained the train lines in Tokyo and made reservations for us with pleasure and a smile. We had a wonderful experience overall and would highly recommend their services. Our best regards from the UAE
