Fabulous hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast very good. Rooms very clean and plenty of space. Location perfect to center and old town. Highly recommend

I have been in Amarilis Hotel with my boyfriend from Friday evening to Sunday evening. Check-in was available late in the night. The staff has been welcoming and helpful. The room, suite with balcony, was ok, but the balcony was smaller than I expected looking at the website. The hotel strenght were: delicious breakfast buffet, position (near to bus stops, city main places, bars, pubs…) and taxi service from and to the airport. I really liked this experience.

Lovely, spacious and clean room. Breakfast was brilliant, loads of choice and really tasty. It is a nice quiet location with no night-time noise, but a short walk from anywhere we would want to be. We had purchased a 3 day travel pass but didn't use it because Prague is so walkable. Would recommend.

This hotel probably the worse I've ever been. Staff Dominic was very rude and arrival was very unwelcome. Wouldn't come back there again. Also booked massage and there is no direction where to go only the level, me and partner were wondering in corridors. Also booked Spa Wellnes Plus, came on time but nobody was there had to go to reception and call somebody to let us in. Also there supposed to be dressing gown, slippers and sparkling wine but of course was nothing there had to ask the staff again. Stayed only for a weekend but not the best rest over there. Not recommending.

Exceptional hotel in an exceptional city. Wonderful breakfast that set up the 8 days we spent there. The staff is first-rate. They even prepared a breakfast for us because we left for the airport before breakfast was served--now THAT is great service!! Superior room was, in fact, superior. Location can not be improved upon. For those tourists who never before have visited Prague, the public transportation is fantastic and inexpensive.
