I enjoyed my stay. Hotel offers comfy double bed, refrigerator, water cooker, blow dryer, big bathroom with tub and bathroom amenities. It's a 7min walk from Ikebukuro Station from which all tourist spots are reachable well. In same street are 2 grocery stores which are more priceless than 7eleven and a lot of shops where you can have breakfast, sushi...

A lot cleaner than other similarly priced hotels in the vicinity. Room was small, but hey, this is Tokyo.

The front desk staff is courteous and that's all I can say. I will never go to a place where the front desk is not responsive. The rooms are small and have only the bare essentials. But I quite like it that way. It's nice that there's a big banner and it's easy to find the location. I thought I would use it again.

The front desk response was as follows: As soon as I entered the room, there was a cigarette butt at the foot of the bed (←Maybe it was dropped during cleaning?).The room was small and the sink was old and dirty. The power of the ventilation fans in both the room and the bathroom is weak, and if you smoke in the room, it gets very smoky (what if we put some amenities and an inexpensive air purifier?!).
