Very nice and well located hotel. You don't need to pass by reception everytime you leave you can take the lift to your room directly. Room was good , not very big. I personally found the mattress a bit too hard. Pillows are memory form so very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood is what I preferred , it is also at a very close walking distance to the train station. You have a seven 11 just in front of the hotel and you are also really close to very lively streets with restaurants and shops. I recommend and would stay there again :)

It has a really good location between Sunshine City and Otsuka Station. Many shops near, and restaurants. Service was excellent, they have really good English if you don't know Japanese. Rooms have great amenities, cleaning service is an extra charge bit they provide free tea, tooth brushes, washing towels and more. We had a great stay at the place.

I don’t know his name but I would like to thank the staff member who went out of his way to get me a certificate and a new receipt when I unfortunately had to shorten my stay due to personal family matters. I forgot to pick up the document on the day of checking out but he ran all the way after me to deliver it. You have my utmost gratitude. I already apologized in person but I would again like to say I am so sorry for forgetting to pick up the certificate. I would give your service 6 stars if possible.

First time staying in Tokyo and I loved staying here! Super close to sunshine city. Right by the Mukōhara tram line and about a 10 min walk from Ōtsuka Station on the Yamanote line. Right across the street is a 7/11 for the ultimate convenience when it comes to wanting a snack. Opted for a room with a kitchenette and in hindsight didn’t need one but having a sink in the room to wash cups was handy. Heated toilet seats with the bidet was game changing. Bed was decent, I’ve slept on much more comfortable beds but it got the job done. Rooms are clean and tidy. Receptionists at the hotel can speak a pretty decent level of English and checking in and out was a breeze. The laundry room on the 2nd floor is convenient as well and they have machines to dispense detergent and fabric softener for about 200¥ each. The Takkyubin they offer at the front desk is top notch and I highly recommend it for when you’re leaving as it’s so much more convenient picking your luggage up at the airport. A wide range of complimentary hygiene products are available at the front desk as well along with instant coffee (which was amazing) and tea. Can get slightly noisy as the fire department and hospital are close by so hearing sirens at night were not uncommon. Closing the window solved this problem. But I was rarely bothered by the noise. Garbage dump is easy to locate as well. Enjoyed my stay here and will definitely use the other Hotel Mystays in different parts of the city next time.

the location is not bad. But the WiFi in room basically cannot be used. The WiFi signal is cutting off in every minute...And it is really slow when it is connected. The front desk staff gave us another router, but the problem remains. If you don't need WiFi, it is a not bad place to stay.
