Going for the hotel only. It has everything you need. Frigobar, AC (but it wasn't too strong), shower, tv, breakfast, comfy bed. It is a clean good basic place. Isn't a slaviero or Hilton for you to expect something out of the book, even though I've been disappointed with both them. If you pay a lot, you expect a lot. It is a nice cosy bed and breakfast in the city centre. For 100 BRL daily worths, for 150 depending on the discount elsewhere you can get something better, due to the location being dangerous. Unfortunately the city centre is in bad conditions with too many homeless drug addicted people, taking cellphones, doing robberies and etc....however, for those who have been to NY, it's better than the Bronx or Queens.

It has been an excellent stay. Breakfast is robust and the variety of delicious traditional food is impressive. The staff have been helpful and have responded to all our requests. They even changed our room when we complained about noise. There is public transportation right out front to all main attractions in Sao Paulo. Rooms very clean and all amenities are provided. Beds are made and room cleaned daily. Glad we chose this friendly little place for our stay in Sao Paulo. We will return!
