The rooms weren’t super clean. I found little bits of broken glass in the bathroom. Also, no extra amenities like slippers, but did have an all in one shampoo body wash and coffee machine w pods. The room also smells a little like sewer??? weird smell wafting in from time to time but might be just our room. However location was GREAT, 15 min walk from most things and was very convienent to drop things off during the day.

Not great. Felt like a 3-star hotel masquerading as a 4-star, with the prices of a 5-star. The rooms weren't soundproofed well, and all night long we could hear everything from the nearby alley and adjacent rooms. Uncomfortable beds.

Simple rooms and (in a good way) we barely had to talk to the reception desk about anything. We booked in, stayed a week, and booked out. There are buttons inside to say you do not want to be disturbed by room service, as well as the usual things like a safe, storage space and so on. The only real complaint was a few ceiling tiles in the room being damaged, but that's about it. Considering we were in such a central location for Amsterdam, we did not pay a horrendous amount!

Really disappointed by the helpfulness of the staff and cleanliness of the rooms. Staff refused to help us with a few problems related to our visa card and wouldn't redirect us to their dutch collegues. This created a horrible language barrier. The rooms were nothing to write home about. They were small, uncomfortable and not properly cleaned. The only redeeming quality that this hotel has is its location. I strongly recommend people to book at an other hotel. There are better and cheaper alternatives that are just a few minutes away.
