We checked in with the expectation that it was a hotel, but the room was smaller than most hostels we’ve stayed in. The window in the room opened up into the elevator shaft, so we just heard the elevator going up and down all not. The bathroom was not clean, there was brown mold and soap scum all over the shower floor making it slippery. We tried to keep the window open as much as possible since the air conditioner wasn’t actually cooling anything but the noise from the elevator at night made that hard to do. Additionally, when we received our survey the first day to rate the check-in and overall first day experience and noted these things as issues the manager simply replied “sorry” and didn’t offer to assist in anyway. This shows a serious lack of customer service or care for anyone providing actual feedback on the services and hotel. I would definitely be trying another hotel in the future, as previously stated our hostel for the last trip was almost 3x the size and service of this one for half the cost. I wouldn’t say this hotel meets the price they charge equivalently.

This was a great hotel for my solo trip to Paris. The location cannot be beat. It is located 1/2 block from Rue de Rivoli, and a 5 minute walk from all the restaurants and activities around Les Halles area. There are a couple of convenient Metro stations as well. When I had to leave the area there were many Taxi's / Ubers available. The room was very small, but not uncomfortably so. The bed was large and comfortable, and the shower was beautiful. I wouldn't stay here with a family of four, but for one person or a couple it was perfect. Lastly, the staff were incredibly helpful. This weekend was the Rugby and a big conference as well. Many hotels were fully booked, but they held their last room for me, did not increase their rates (like many hotels) and helped direct me to find them. I would definitely stay at Hotel Andrea again for my next visit to Paris.

This is a gem! Great service by Stephane. Wonderful room even though we were in the loft. Everything worked well. And the location is superb. We would come back again.

The room was really hot. No air-conditioning. My room was 401 and there was no cold water in the shower. Only hot water in an already really hot room. So they had me take a shower in 201 at 3am just to shower and the room was dirty the guest had just left. It was terrible! They switched me 105 and it felt like a Sauna. They rushed the cleaning in that room and did not change the bedding nor did the cleaning lady clean the shower. First time in Paris and it was terrible! In the photo you'll see a blonde piece of hair hanging. Incredibly hot!
