Could have given 5 stars if our room’s stayed dry. After 2 days, we noticed that the bedroom’s carpet was soaking wet. I can’t figure out where the water was coming. We notified the front desk about the issue. The staff went to check right away. Don’t drink cafe during breakfast hours because the hotel will bill you 14 euros. Better off making it worth by just eating breakfast. Now, let me share my great experiences about this place . You can walk to any directions from the main entrance of this hotel and you will find fine restaurants and cafes. This is a foodie district.

Love everything about this little gem. The rooms are small but very comfortable and provide a lovely night sleep. The staff is friendly all around. The hotel's location is the best! It is in the heart of a great lively café, restaurant, and drink location. Also a 15 minute walk to Notre Dame and other historical sites.

Perfect hotel on a budget. Located in a neighborhood filled with cafes and restaurants. Many places to get crepes close by. The street is for pedestrians on the weekend. Ubers may have trouble reaching the hotel for pick up and the app will choose a pick up spot 2 blocks down the street. We walked to a busy intersection to get a car quicker. The hotel staff was friendly and attentive. The room was dark and tiny with no view. It was quiet enough. You can hear neighbors open and close doors, but no loud noises. It’s too small for two people with two large suitcases. It was fine for 3 nights. I moved to a larger hotel across town for the remainder of my trip, but bigger rooms cost more. When selecting your hotel, if you are spending zero time in the room, this place is nice. I recommend that the hotel add more shelves next to bed and in the bathroom. That will help it be more comfortable.

I am sorry I have to give this 2 star review to the Hotel, first of all because it is a Best Western and I love the brand because had never disappointed until today. Reason for the 2 star is because they gave me my room with nasty no dirty, Nasty sheets. I had to go downstairs to get a new set so I could change them my self. It was 1 am and of course they did not have any one to do it, so I get the fresh new set of sheets and again I got another dirty set, at this point I was flipping out (internally). Again come downstairs and finally got a clean one and was advised to let the Morning Lady know about it. Next morning I didn’t even needed to mentioned she was up to date on the info and apologized. She was very nice. She compensated with a free breakfast. I know you will say it is complementary any ways, well Not at this hotel I don’t know why but that is the way, I want to mention that everyone was very nice and professional from the guy in the reception that did our check in until we checked out. Explanation I was given about Nasty sheets is that they subcontract a third party to do the job that’s it. Sorry Best Western. You know I would have expected a refund, but I am happy with the reaction of everyone at the Hotel.
