Stayed 4 nights at hotel arissa. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms were really clean and the housekeeping kept rooms clean . The hotel location is excellent as only 12 mins by walk to the jonker Street

The most important part is service , all the staff here is friendly!!!! Senyuman bagus sekali, cakap pun sopan ! Only the mattress and pillow need upgrade ya Mattress is sinking down, pillow is too soft and not support neck at all Overall is good !

Affordable hotel(paid about $50sgd per night) that is about 15 minutes walk from Jonker Street. Pros - Hotel staff allows u to check in early(I checked in at 1pm) - not too close to jonker area so the hotel is quiet - There is a safe, fridge, hairdryer and toiletries(towel, shampoo, body foam, shower cap, toothbrushes) are provided. - the hotel has a pick up/drop off area so it was easy to take a grab from the hotel -There was an ironing board and water dispenser near the lift area. -hotel deposit was only 50rm (lower than other hotels) -walkable from Jonker Street Cons - The lighting in the hotel room is really insufficient. It was so dim at night. - The toilet's ceiling paint peeled off and fell on the floor when my friend took a shower and accidentally pointed the water towards the ceiling. - There are no floor slippers. - limited TV channels(mostly malay channels) - bed was creaky and made a lot of noise whenever I get up from the bed.
