Amazing service and hospitality. Room amenities are plentiful and hotel has a nice homely atmosphere. The free bike rentals are extremely useful as most nearby sites are within a 15-20min ride and the scenary provides a wonderful experience while biking through this area. Would highly reccomend this stay to all friends and family. 5/5

The hotel concierge was great! He made reservations for us at a restaurant and walked us there so we would be sure to find it!

It was a really beautiful hotel. I have never met an inn that was so well-cleaned. Every corner was clean, and even the curtains in the bathtub were clean. It was nice to have plenty of tea and coffee in the room. I often heard the sound of chairs being dragged, but it was a Simmons bed. I was able to sleep comfortably without worrying. Everyone at the front desk had great customer service. Especially the handsome owner with a nice smile? Mr. Thank you for taking care of me to the restaurant for dinner. Thanks to your help, I was able to enjoy authentic Kyoto obanzai. Up until now, I had only taken day trips to visit graves, but from now on I would like to stay overnight and enjoy Kyoto. Thank you for making it a good trip. Thank you for your help again.
