The best part of the property was the distance from the ferry harbour which was a 10 minute drive which the hotel has pre-arranged pick/drop service for free. The staff was very polite and respectful. The in-house restaurant was very fulfilling with a good variety of options available. Would recommend to give it a try if you feel tired from all the travelling around the island during the day. The pool as well is refreshing after a day full of exploration.

The location is perfect as it's a 10 minute drive from the harbour where all ferry depart and arrive at nusa penida. The room was good and clean with basic amenities. The restaurant was decent with good eating options. One can relax in their pool after a long day exploring the island. They provide day tours and bike hiring services as well.

The location is really good and the rooms were very clean and well equipped. The garden and pool were good and the staff was prompt. They also provide free pickup and drop from the port. The complimentary breakfast was bad.

We stayed two nights and loved this hotel. The staff at reception are incredibly helpful - they made the experience 10/10. The room was large and clean, pool is nice, and the hotel is close to the main area. Our water turned off a couple of times during our stay but it was only for a short period (15 minutes). Not sure if there was maintenance going on or what happened. Highly recommend staying here and thank you Arsa Santhi for a great stay :)
