Shocking experience to say the least - Rooms were dirty and wallpaper was coming away from the wall. Also stains where bugs were killed previously. There was stains on the side of the bed where someone had been sick. The shower water was not hot. We had other customers bang on our door at 4pm requesting we turn down a Bluetooth speaker. The breakfast was extremely poor for a suspected 4 star hotel only bacon and eggs as options for hot food?! NO early check in- we had to wait 3 hours to check in. And then was given only one room card? Not near the station. At least a 10-15 minute walk. This is NOT a 4star hotel at all and doesn’t cater to young people seeking a good holiday

Definitely not a 4 star hotel but housekeeping was good. Poor option for breakfast if you are vegetarian. Area where hotel is located is not nice at all, litter and bad smell everywhere. BEWARE when you stay there is 6euro city tax per person per night,nor sure but kids under 10 is free of city tax.

Breakfast choices are very few and not really meet what you pay for. Staff on the counter is extremely nice, some of them don’t speak English properly, but they were very polite and we successfully communicatate. There is free parking with a lot of space on the hotel entrance. Metro station is 10 minutes by walk.

Itsl shouldn't be a 4 stars hotel. The rooms are ok. Breakfast area is in the basement no view to anything or a window. Breakfast options are too little. Receptionist people are kind but they asked us to check out at 10:30! Most hotel check outs are at 11 or even 12pm! And we asked for more time they refused! Its location is very far from the city and doesnt have direct transportation the nearest metro is 10 mins walk and you have to switch lines so its at least 35-40 mins to get to downtown! So when they refused a late checkout we had to keep the bags with us for a long time while walking in the city center before our train to the next city! Don't take this hotel unless you are staying a transit night in rome and want to be close to the airport. We had to ask for a kittle to be put in the room its not already there! The pillows are more like towels and you get only one. You have to ask for one! So all in all it should be a 3 stars hotel.

Very disappointed with facility and breakfast. Room smells bad and breakfast facility also smells bad. Breakfast was not eadable to the point that we haven’t visited it after our first morning ever again even though we paid for it. Shower gel is left one per day and during summer hot season you need more than one per day. Staff on the counter is extremely nice, some of them don’t speak English properly but they were very polite and we successfully communicated through the Google translate. There is free parking with a lot of space on the hotel entrance. Metro station is 10 minutes by walk.
