I checked into the hotel, left my belongings, took a shower and left. location is very good. I came to Prague to surprise my friend for his birthday. I was given the door password for night entry. I took his photo and took the paper with me. I memorized it. Anyway. I returned to the hotel late and there was no one there, I forgot the password. I can't find the photo. I dropped the paper. I called the hotel number and no one was there. I spent the night in a nearby bar. That's why I have bad opinions about the hotel. For example, what happens if I'm taking a shower at night and I fall or have an emergency? There is no one in the hotel. I am a foreigner of the country. I asked for a refund and no one even answered.

The staying was good with no issues. They asked for a deposit at the check-in which was supposed to be refunded at the checkout and it’s where the nightmare begun. We had to left the hotel at 7:30am because of our flight and there was no one at the reception until 8am, we thought wouldn’t have any problem and they would deduct the goods we had (around €8) and refund the deposit., but in fact they change the whole amount of deposit and did not give it back. Since then (7/11) I’ve been calling and sending email almost every day and they keep saying me it will be done in the next day, but nothing until now. Too bad after sales

bad lighting,small room, price was higher than quality of everything. hair dryer needed rest 😅 1min working 3min resting otherwise it was not working, tv remote controler doestnot work.no free water avaliable, no tooth brush and paste.and no bathrobes and slippers. rooms are not soundproof if you have noisy neighbours like we you will struggle ti have a good night sleep.one good point they cleand the room daily.

I was here for round 3 days and the stay was ok. Firstly I was surprised that double bed is just 2 small beds connected but the mattress was very comfy and I could easily get good nice sleep. It is very calm there so U won't have a trouble sleeping or notice from drunk people. There is one very small tv on which you probably won't watch a lot so it is worth mentioning. The doors of the shower were semi broken but easily fixed. Tho the room as a whole was pretty clean just when I've put my suitcase on top of a huge wardrobe a lot of dust dropped on my head. U couldn't control the vents so it was kinda cold at times. There is a private fridge and kettle for U to freely use so that was great. The location was ok I mean could be better but wasn't bad. Overall I would say the room was ok the staff cleans it everyday and it was a comfy place.
