The hotel is very nice. It's very clean and the rooms are big and cozy. We had a good view towards the pool and the ocean. The service was friendly, 24/7 available. Breakfast was good, a lot of fresh fruit, I liked that! Good for vegetarians, not much options for vegans. Every night there was a live performance at the piano bar. People had a good time there with cocktails. If you are not up for such evening entertainment I, suggest requesting a room far from the bar so you have quiet evening . I recommend the hotel especially bcs is close by , 10 min walking to a beach and you can do great hiking trips along the coast.

Reception staff (Deborah) rude and unhelpful. I had an early arrival and was informed I would have to wait until 15.00. It was soon very evident that the hotel was almost empty. Despite no one checking out Deborah made me wait 5 hours before giving me my room key card. Very poor! Other staff very good. Shuttle should be more available, and they should at least provide bus schedules for the #7 & #8 which cost €1.80 each way rather than the extortionate taxis. Nice sauna, steam room and indoor pool.

I love live music in the evening, it was very relaxing. All I needed was some sugar and caffeine, which was readily available in the form of chocolate mousse and galao which I ordered from bar

Nice hotel, not near the beach, badly needs refurbishing, there’s a complimentary shuttle bus to Albufeira town. Bedroom large, airy, balcony, view of the sea. Twin beds. TV, safe ($), fridge but no USB (or 110v) outlets, iron or coffee machine. The worst part is there’s no coffee or tea in the room (except perhaps via room service). No restaurants near hotel. Bathroom is dated but works; has bidet, the shaver outlet did not work. The shower is in a narrow tub, somewhat inconvenient even for a small person. Difficult to find the B’fast room, main entrance is closed, very noisy; poor acoustics. Reasonable variety, I think buffet breakfast is included in all rates. Rates with half board and full board available. No vegetarian options at the main restaurant per staff here. Generally poor staff service; they think they’re doing you a service by responding to your question or request Outside Swimming pool, not heated Inside swimming pool is claustrophobic includes a sauna. Limited gym.
