Small self catering apartment complex with a decent size pool and beautiful landscaping. WIFI available and didn't have any issues with signal. Also we are on holidays so who cares on WIFI coverage. Manuel (manager) and Morita (reception) very friendly and helpful. We are able to get a late check out due to a late flight out at an extra payment. There is also a free laundry room on site, laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so no need to provide your own so we were able to do our washing before we left rather than do when we get home. There is a dishwasher in the apartment and dishwashing tablets left in apartment so no need to buy more. Located outside of Albufeira which was what we wanted. We used taxis to get around but would rent a car next time so we can see more of Portugal. Parking is available at the complex. PS there is an ALDI and Ocean Supermarket within 15 minutes walk away - both in opposite directions of the complex. We couldn't ask for more and we will be back again next year!

Parque Monte Verde is a small complex of apartments about 10 min drive from Old Town Albufeira. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment with a good sized kitchen and living room. The beds were comfortable everything you need for a self catering holiday is provided with the added advantage of daily cleaning service. There's a lovely pool area with toddler pool and plenty of sunbeds at the back of the complex, and a play area with picnic area at the front. There is also a free laundry room on site, laundry detergent is automatically dispensed so no need to provide your own. Activities, such as Zoo Marine, boat trips etc can be booked through the reception at a 10% discount. There's an Aldi less than 10 min walk from the complex and a petrol station next door that sells water and snacks if caught short. The restaurant across the road is amazing if you fancy a meal out. It's an ideal location for anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing holiday, although my children enjoyed it and were plenty busy with the pool and playground and activities we booked. A lovely base for a family holiday.

Property is very clean and apartments are spacious. The kithens come well equipped. The reception lady is very helpful and excellent for advice. The WiFi is widely available across the property and great for connectivity. Location is fine if you have a car or use taxis otherwise walking around isn't really an option. There are a few shops and small eating places nearby within walking distance but that is it.

Amazing apartments, fully furnished. Has a self service laundry on site free of charge which I think it's amazing! Everyone is very helpful and nice. There is a kids playground that my son absolutely loves (floor needs a bit of work though). I can't praise this place enough! Apartment had a baby cot as per request and a kids highchair that was super handy. Everything is within walking distance even the beach if youre willing to walk 30min each way (we didn't mind it at all). But if you want to wander about I would recommend a car.
