Every employee at this hotel is attentive to the customers. The waiters worked hard when serving our group of 19 people. The bathroom shower is top notch! Our rooms were ready so we were allowed an early check in. The location is central to almost everything in Barcelona. I highly recommend this hotel 🏨

Excellent location, steps away from the Catedral, food and shopping. The staff is very friendly and helpful . The breakfast is wonderful with lots of offerings. The gym offered a good choice of equipment and weights. The pool was very nice . 5pm wine and cheese was very hospitable. I love this hotel, I travel a lot and this is in my top 5. I will return !!

The customer service was horrible. We stayed there for a night & ate at the restaurant. Family with 2 kids, restaurant had a few patrons but we got seated in the bar area with two small round tables for dinner. The service was very slow even with the low number of patrons. The food was not prepared as ordered. I was very specific with my kids allergies & yet our food came not as ordered. My son had a bad allergy reaction which ruined the remainder of our evening. They were not willing to make the food properly or emphatic. Spoke to the manager & her customer service was even less than the server. We paid for the breakfast. The service was not much better. They had enough staff but they were slow. Overall the customer service needs a big improvement. Great location but would highly recommend against staying there.

This hotel felt like a hidden gem. Right in the heart of the Gothic Quarter only one block from the Barcelona Cathedral. The room was clean, quiet, and reasonably spacious. Plenty of food choices all within walking distance. We were able to walk to so many places. My sister and I really enjoyed our time here. The staff was really helpful with setting up cabs for us as needed.
