The first two days we received courteous and pleasant service. The woman at the reception was pleasant, nice and patient and helped with everything we needed. When we checked out there was another person at the reception who asked for a higher payment for the breakfast than we were told by the woman, 14 euros instead of 8 euros. When we politely asked him to check with her he reacted aggressively and rudely, said he knew his job and implied we were lying. It was obvious that he did not like Israeli guests and wished us to "be careful on the road". It's a shame that one person ruins the entire reputation of the hotel. A disappointing end to our vacation in this wonderful city.

Stayed for three nights. Sound proof was terrible but most nights the guests beside me were super quiet till the last night, there was an American lady who was super loud. Called the front desk, they helped right away, so very good. They don’t give you kettle for boiling hot water, and it costs 3.5 Euros just to buy a little cup of hot water from their automatic coffee machine downstairs. The lady at the front desk has an attitude, don’t take it personal, from my observation she’s just like that with everyone around her. It’s her personality :) Have to say the room was nice, shower was great.

Stayed here for an extended weekend and enjoyed our stay. Clean room, very friendly front desk staff, and the daily cleaning was helpful. We needed a clean, safe, and modern hotel to rest at night and feel comfortable resting in between sightseeing, and this hotel was great for that. Very close to a few metro rail lines and the neighborhood has plenty of restaurants, shops, and cafes in walking distance. Only downside is that there is a school across the street, which is quiet during the weekend, but also meant we kept our windows completely closed during the weekdays of our trip. I recommend this place for other couples, friends, or solo travelers looking for a younger, hip neighborhood to stay in on a budget.

I had a one-night stay at this hotel and unfortunately, I cannot recommend it to anyone. The rooms are small and poorly soundproofed, which made it very difficult to sleep due to noise (I was able to hear my neighbor's phone conversation). When I brought up my concerns to the hotel management the next day, they were very unpleasant and unprofessional, which added to my disappointment. Overall, I would advise against staying at this establishment as there are many other hotels in the area that offer much better accommodations and customer service. Take my feedback into consideration before making your booking decision!

The overall experience was very poor and we won't don't recommend. Room - Despite the room looking good, it had serious flaws. The walls are so thin that you could hear the other guest speaking, using the toilet, taking a shower and walking in the hallway. There is no insulation and the room is not soundproof. Furthermore, the air conditioner was set on heat, and according to the hotel, it couldn't be changed. Cleaning - the bathroom smelled strongly of mold (see in other reviews). Even using the toilet or taking a shower was impossible. Service - The worst part of the stay was the receptionist (who is also the manager). When we asked politely to change rooms due to noises and cleaning problems, he immediately became angry and wouldn't let us talk. He offered us to leave the hotel. We really felt intimidated by him and avoided any contact with him. All we wanted was to change the room.. we don't understand why the receptionist behaved the way he did until now.
