Exceptionally helpful and welcoming staff. Room small but clean and adequate for one night's stay. Good bath and shower.They provided us with packed breakfast as we had to leave before service.

Everything we needed for a short overnight stay before a morning Eurostar. Location is great, the check-in staff were very helpful and there is a large left luggage room which we made use of overnight. Rooms were simple but nice enough for a short stay, including tea and coffee making facilities. The room had a separate toilet and shower room, with simple toiletries provided. Breakfast was really good and included eggs (which you boil yourself), bread, pastries, meats, cheeses, yoghurts, fruit and cereal. Orange and apple juice and a coffee machine with plenty of options. There was even a small basket of gluten free cereals.

Careful, This has switched management to the Avalon hotel, which is a pity, bc the old staff was lovely and my main reason to return. But now... If a guest repeatedly asks for a rear facing room... Even asks if they can switch room type at a cost... And you insist they have a 1st floor street facing room,which is incredibly noisy... They probably won't sleep and they definitely won't come back or recommend you.

They charged me too much on the tourist tax fee by applying the rate of the higher starred avalon hotel instead of 2 star Lennon. That was a mistake apparently so that I could get an immediate refund. Long story short: make sure to double check that they have applied the right tourist tax. If this mistake happens more often in future, it can be considered as having been done on purpose to fool their guests as they have knowledge of that mistake now. Without that inconvenience, I d have given it 4 stars, but only because I set my standards low in Paris. For the rest, you get what your pay for. With 85 euros per night it's ironically among the cheapest you can get in Paris for somewhat good locations. Rooms are very small but practical enough, we even had a bath in ours. Their upfront communication and emails are great and allow an online check-in which I did not make use of. But maybe I should have done that since the reception area is rather chaotic as there are 2 receptions. They seem to have merged 2 adjacent hotels into one creating an intriguing situation in the entrance area.
