We have been traveling as a family for more than ten years, but there has never been such a bad service and response. On the first day of our arrival at the hotel, we noticed that the door does not close and it can be opened without a card, and it is not safe, anything could happen. We asked the reception to fix it, they agreed, but nothing changed during the week, we came and asked about it, but every time the staff postponed it for later. The second situation is connected with WiFi, it did not reach our room, nothing worked. We also asked for help, but they also encouraged us, but nothing worked anyway. The third is the shower, it was disgusting, the whole room was flooded with water due to the fact that the slope was not right. The water flowed into the bathroom, we had to walk in shoes, everything became dirty. And these are all disadvantages, not counting minor punctures like an unplugged phone, rude staff. Plus the location of the hotel, and the breakfasts were good. It's sad that this happened and it's a shame that it affected our impression of the holiday. from 11.08.23 to 18.09.23

Location is the best thing about this place, located in the heart surrounded by bars, restaurants and close to the beach and to the boulevard, not offering much… tv no working Internet is weak, and for some reason the have the sea option when they dont

Nice hotel with perfect location near historical center and beach. The room was nice and clean. We had also balcony, minibar and TV. The only negative was shower which is terrible. It has no gradient and the water was everywhere in the bathroom not just in the shower. WiFi was stable and fast enough for basic browsing or video calls. Staff was super friendly!
