I had a regrettable experience during my stay at this hotel where $400 mysteriously went missing from the safety box in my room. Despite promptly reporting the incident, the hotel's response was unsatisfactory, with no effort made to address the issue or offer any assistance. Additionally, I was disappointed by the management's reluctance to check the security cameras, which could have potentially provided valuable information. This incident greatly impacted my sense of security and trust. Avoid this hotel.

I was amazed by a view of a city from this place. It was magnificent and will make you think about beauty and calmness of our city, Batumi. It is one of the greatest views of Batumi from up top!!!!

Every thing is good, except walking back to hotel need taxi due to elevation. View is good since it is at top of hill. Reception can speak English. Food is good. Taxi is cheap like bus ticket in Canada. Pool is nice. Room is big. Good one.

I will say the truth... this hotel doesn’t satisfy me at all ... bad experience in Batumi in terms of management till the room service ending with the bad experience I had when I reach my room at 10 PM found it not clean although I told them to do a room service but they didn’t and even they didn’t like the way I asked them why u didn’t do a room service!!! It was a horrible experience for my family since the room was not clean and the restaurant was poor in terms of breakfast and they reserve tables in the morning for no one and let us set in a far table and we finish the breakfast without any one come to take the tables !!! It’s not professional at all in way of dealing !!!! Room is poor in simple things which is tea kettle , tea , Nescafé, cold water ... also bathroom was not clean at all .. all of these make difference in 2 star hotels !!!! I think they need more experience in hotel management part to know how to deal with tourists and let them come back again !!!

Staff are so kind and keep smiling and helping in everything you want. Rooms are big and beautiful. Breakfast very small and poor and nothing to tell you about Halal meat or not. Location is about 5 minutes in Taxi from the boulevard, and each time to takes different price between 4 Lari to 15 Lari. The problem is that hotel in the middle of forest on high point, and it seems that in winter rarely people went there so there was many Ants and spiders in the rooms and they didn't clean it!! The AC stopped to work suddenly and due to ants and AC off , they were forced to change our room about 4 times!! finally they upgraded us to deluxe room which was ok! I like their caring BUT prefer to stay in the original room other than moving all these rooms!
