We have just returned to the UK after spending our first Christmas away at Hotel Berner and it was sensational. The accommodation was super clean and rooms had a wonderful view and spacious. The spa was welcoming at the end of a busy ski day. The menu and food was outstanding we couldn’t wait to enjoy our evening meal in the beautiful traditional restaurant. A family run hotel was important to us as a family of four spending Christmas away and they certainly delivered. Christoph and his parents were immensely welcoming and it really did feel like we were at home. Spending time with other guests who return each year to the hotel was also lovely. Christmas Eve was special, sat round the tree all together, singing songs and reviving a gift from the Brenner family. Even our 17 and 19 year olds loved the hotel snd time there (especially the cake) We cant say enough about this fabulous place. Thank you for having us Christmas 2023.

I can't praise this hotel highly enough - the comfort, the food, the service, the attention to detail and the friendliness of the team are all world-class. I've stayed in 5* hotels that could learn from The Berner. Within minutes of arriving, the hotel felt like home. When we left, my son forgot his soft toy in a wardrobe and the front-of-house crew went above and beyond to get the toy back to us. It would be worth staying there for the food alone, but swimming outside in the early morning surrounded by the peace of the mountains and the smell of the pines is an experience we will treasure. We will be back

We are very lucky to have just spent an amazing week at this beautiful hotel. Thanks to all the superb staff for the excellent service and hospitality. Location is perfect and food cooked to 5 star standard every night. We have stayed in Zell before and this hotel and staff made for a brilliant break. Quiet, super clean and just the best that Austria has to offer..thank you

What a wonderful family run hotel...Every member of staff did their utmost to make the stay amazing.. The food was prepared and presented with such love and care and a great variety..Cleanliness in all areas especially the rooms. Beds and bedding so comfortable after a hectic day on the mountain. The cake buffet was a lovely treat in the afternoon. The spa was wonderful too for relaxing. Highly recommended this hotel..I will be back ...Thankyou 😊

Absolutely fantastic! wish we could give this more than five stars. The room was large, beautiful, and comfortable. The spa has so many options. The pool is the perfect temperature. The view and setting are gorgeous. The breakfast has huge variety and is delicious. And above all, the service is spectacular. After being here one hour, we decided to extend our trip. I wish we could give this more than five stars.
