Our stay at the apartment far surpassed our expectations. The stunning views from both the living room and kitchen were breathtaking, and the bathrooms were impeccably clean and inviting. We were also extremely impressed by the exceptional hospitality and attentiveness of the WE RENT team. Their genuine care and assistance made our stay truly remarkable

Appartment is great. There was everything needed for a nice stay. Kitchen is very well equiped, storage box for skiies is another benefit. Highly recommend.

It’s wonderful place and quiet area. The furniture is very clean all kitchen stuff available in apartment the building easy access also smart system on the door. It’s very nice and very special on the toilet for Arab people. It has shutaff for WC , wi-Fi is available , Balcon view it’s very beautiful on mountainside, Window, isolation very nice no noisy from outside. When closed the window, just one note, the knife and spoons frogs are not available on the kitchen. The Apartment has oven , refrigerator, cooker and dash wash machine

Location very good, well situated for the local shops, bars, restaurants plus a short walk up the hill to the nearest ski lift (CityXpress). Also apartment is a good size and feels secure. On to the less positive parts… the layout we arrived to was not as advertised (was expecting a queen bed, two single beds and a sofabed). We were missing the two single beds meaning we lost the use of the sofa as it was made up for our children. The toaster in the apartment didn’t work which scuppered any hopes of toast for breakfast, not all cutlery and plates/bowls were clean, we couldn’t find any heating controls and the whole apartment became uncomfortably hot during each night, we only had enough pillows for one each which were extremely flat making every nights sleep disrupted and further uncomfortable. To add to this each night the noise from the bars below went on until 2am getting louder and louder. Overall Zell Am See was a superb trip but the experience was dampened by the lack of sleep. We did consider speaking to the accommodation about the lack of pillows however when we initially mentioned the sleeping arrangement not being what we booked there was no assistance forthcoming to help rectify so left it.
