l had room 803, massive room, massive enclosed balcony, great views of nearly the whole of Bilbao, comfortable double bed, very close to the "old city", and including lock up parking for under 60€, there is absolutely nothing bad to say, Staff were also very friendly and helpful.

Hotel Bilbi is a really cute and small hotel at a nice location with the old town and transportation really close. The employees are super fun and caring! If you want good prices and nice service this is your place.

Room was good and clean enough, very friendly staff. Very nice location 5 min walking to main old town area ( bar, tourism..), They dont have mini bar or fridge in the room Hotel is in an old city area, next to many ladies night clubs, not the best area to walk with children or at night Parking is not easy in the area so better ask for a parking slot in advance, they have very few of them on a condo right crossing the street.
