My wife and I chose this hotel and loved it. What I would say for the potential British guest is, we would call this a great B&B and not a hotel as we might expect. Its a small hotel with lovely rooms. Ours had a bath with shower, a heated towel rail that is the best working example I have ever enjoyed. It actually heated the entire room on its own and we turned the radiators off. The bed was nice and well appointed. Breakfast was great with scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon and a continental buffet for those not wishing a cooked breakfast. (Top tip: you can boil your own eggs should you wish but remember to turn it up to boiling - silly me). There is also a small bar in the lounge but it's important to mention that the hotel does not do lunch or evening meals hence why I call it a superb Bed & Breakfast. Location wise, it's marvellous and very central being 4 minutes walk from the main square but a taxi ride from the station costing approx 13 euros. The staff are helpful and welcoming. My wife and I will definitely return for another visit.

We would recommend this hotel to anyone (without kids) vacationing in Bruges. The bed/pillows were comfortable and we liked being able to open the windows. Staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel offered a wonderful breakfast and we enjoyed taking our time to enjoy the delicious options. The location of this hotel during our Christmas stay was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

If I could give more stars I would. This was the most amazing hotel I've ever stayed in. The room was gorgeous with a comfy bed and lovely clean bathroom. The decor was stunning and the breakfast was amazing, such a wide variety from bacon and eggs to tiny sweet pastries. The staff were very friendly and helpful too. Great location close to the shops and the square I highly recommend staying here.
