Beautiful hotel and everything is pristine. Was actually a bit surprised they were only a 4 star. Staff are really nice and it's central to all the attractions that Bruges has to offer. Definitely make time to have a drink at the bar across the road (featured in the movie 'In Bruges' ) called Diligence. Some serious beers on offer. All in all a great hotel and staff. Highly recommend.

Beautiful building with cozy inner spaces. Great location, even if you arrive with car (the parking lot is under the hotel). Staffs are helpful and kind. The room was clean and has both bath tub and shower, the water supply was good (pressure and temperature). The bar has a good selection of drinks (The Macallan selection a must have). The spa section is pretty large, sauna was good (although it didn't work at our arrival, the staff was helpful and solved that). Highly recommended!

Stunning hotel, really well dressed for the Christmas season. Rooms are in either the old or new building (we were in the new build), beds were huge and firm, very comfortable sheets. L'Occitane were in the bathrooms. I think all rooms have a decent view of some degree, we could see the rooftops of the houses that lined the river and we had one of the lower rooms. Staff were very friendly. The bar is possibly the best part of the hotel- pick a room to sit in! All well dressed, and styled slightly differently. Cocktails were tasty and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay here again (we didn't choose breakfast, nor did we use the spat facilities)
