Room are really clean, you could smell it 😅 Staff was great, friendly, there is a free parking for guests. We were on vacation and the location was great for us because we were visiting few cities near Bologna and Bologna. Hotel is in a good shape generally, I would recommend.

The bathroom needed more attention to detail. The telephone shower head needs to be replaced completely due to worn out threads and the shower door magnet needs replacing because water leaks out. The toilette button for flushing #1 does not work and the #2 button works half the time. The t.v channels had very poor reception so I used my netflix account. The restaurant in the lobby was really good and the staff is very nice.

Ive stayed at this hotel before around may and i liked it a-lot, in-fact I chose to come back in November this year. To my horror the bed had: Hairs, Coffee stains, Dirty toilets, Used soaps, and Dirty bed sheets. When I called the cleaning lady she said “It happens”. Beyond disgusted by the conditions of this hotel and the failure to own up to their negligence in cleaning, I have chosen that I will not be returning and I urge others to thoroughly check their rooms before they sleep in other peoples filth.

My experience at the hotel was horrible. I had stayed in May and I liked so much that I it booked again for my trip in November. But this time the service and the rooms were horrible. the rooms were dirty, hairs on the bed, bathrooms not clean, dirty sheets, etc.. then when I talked to someone about it they just said "it happens". I am beyond disappointed.
