The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was OK, but a bit small, and a couple of things were in need of a fix (a light switch, the shower's sliding doors). There were free parking lots, but not that many, and the access to them was very narrow, it took me quite some steering work to get out of there with my estate car. The location is good if one needs to visit the industrial area near Borgo Panigale, otherwise it's wuite far from the center, more than half an hour travel time by bus. Lines are also not too many, the last bus runs around 1 a.m., so I had to get a taxi to get back to the hotel. Overall OK, but depending on your budget you can get better.

Terrible hotel please read before booking. Hotel listed airconditioning in every room. However when we checked in our Aircon is not working and kept showing error E5. Feedback to both Agoda and hotel staff after checkin. Agoda kept saying to help me check with hotel but no action at their end.. Went to reception twice and finally the 2nd time then they gave me a fan. The hotel is situated beside a noisy road so it is near impossible for me to open the window for ventilation. So it is either to sleep in a stuffy room or no sleep at all from the vehicles noisy along the street. After that I checked google review I can see others facing the same problem. Please do not book unless you don't mind having no Aircon for air circulation. In all the previous 4 nights we only use ac for 25 degree but it helps on air circulation. It is very difficult to sleep in a room with all windows close. And unfortunately I don't have a option to open the window at this hotel due to the noise.. One of the toilet flush is also not working. Shower cubicle is small. Double bed is 2 single bed joined together. Hotel breakfast is decent with different choice of breads, croissant 🥐 and drinks.

Well, it was a flop..liked pictures, attractive price, did not expect what i got...location - in the road,very loud, car garage just across...air conditioner- does not work as intended. It was hot inside, i was putting cool and 16 degrees- it was still blowing hot air, at receptiin they told me that they switched to winter time (despite 20+ degrees outside)...poor choice- not to sleep due to noise or due to suffocating heat...
