This is not a 4 star hotel. I stayed two nights in a duplex apartment. The apartment is very old, doors don't close well, carpet looks very old and stained. No coffee offered in the apartment. All fixtures and bed really old and almost broken. It should be advertised as a 3 star hotel and priced accordingly. Staff was really nice and friendly.

Nice staff. Nice view (but not quiet). Tired, basic but functional bedroom area. Bathroom not so good, but shower very hot and powerful enough. Continental breakfast with good bread and coffee is functional. Rooms need a deep clean and a refresh, but it's got everything you need. I'd rate the hotel as a good 2* accommodation, not 4*

Nice hotel on the avenue Louise, so easy for public transport. Had a triple room with balcony. Unusual layout with bathroom and main bed on a mezzanine level (see pics). Staff were friendly and efficient. No dinner available but a number in easy walking distance and decent streets to walk by night. I would certainly recommend.

This might be the worst hotel I’ve stayed at in my whole life. There was no hot water, no heater, the room was freezing I had to sleep with a beanie and a sweater. The staff has no clue. The drinks in the minibar were past consumption date limit. I left after one night. Supposedly a 4 star hotel ? It doesn’t even deserve a single night, this place should be closed. A disgrace.

The pictures on the website definitely oversell this hotel. Positives: great location, friendly staff, affordable, comfortable mattress Negatives: extremely outdated rooms, very unclean, poor quality, thin pillows, extremely noisy (I was by the elevator and I had noise well past 2am and from 6am the next morning), non-working electrical outlet by the bed, climate control unpredictable at best (either too hot when on or too cold when off), terrible lighting, terrible hair dryer... Overall, I found the hotel quite dated, not very clean, and not suitable for business travel. It is probably the worst hotel I've stayed at for work reasons in the better part of a decade. Had I been booked for a second day, I'd have paid for a second room somewhere else just to avoid having to spend another night in this place.
