We loved everything about the hotel. The service was exceptional, friendly and efficient. We were in a terrace suite which was beautiful. The hotel itself is beautiful as was our room which was large, with a very comfortable bed and air conditioning that worked perfectly. It was clean, comfortable and an amazing oasis during a heatwave. We didn’t want to leave it. We were there for two nights and had breakfast via room service one of the mornings. It was a simple, but amazing European breakfast with fresh bread, cheese, meat, exceptional coffee and orange juice. We highly recommend trying it. The location couldn’t have been better. It’s less than a five minute walk from the central train station and close to everything we wanted to visit. We had an amazing stay and felt that the room was a good value for what we received.

Gorgeous hotel located a stone’s throw away from the Central Station. I used their Poncelet meeting room for a half day business event. The hotel itself has an old-world charm to it and the meeting room specifically was thoughtfully decorated with smartly clad hounds adorned the walls. At lunch we were a good selection of sandwiches and speculoos cake for desert. Overall, I was super impressed with the food, attention to detail for business meeting and the cleanliness of the hotel premises!

We landed in Brussels this morning after a pretty rough travel day and this hotel was our first stop. We rolled in exhausted and about 4 or 5 hours early. Yet, they had our rooms all ready for us and we didn’t need to wait more than a few minutes. Our kids had a standard room which was really nice and then my wife and I walked into our suite and BAM!!! The room was amazing!!! It was like a large apartment. Beautiful living room. Nice little kitchen (which we probably won’t use). Cozy bedroom. Everything has been perfect so far. And it’s within walking distance of everything which is really nice too. We haven’t hit the free breakfast yet, but if it’s anything like the rooms I’m sure it will be great!!

Those who are interested in booking a "Garden Standard room" should pay attention to the description: "almost all Garden Standard rooms give onto the interior garden". This "almost" means that you may be given a room that has nothing to do with a garden and the only "view" you 'll have is of an awful building. Additional negatives: -toilet (separate from the bathroom): too small without wash hand basin -glass and metal surfaces of the shower: not clean -noisy mini-bar -unpleasant staff
