Decent hotel. Very friendly staff. Great price for the location you are in. Breakfast is OK. All in all a good place to stay if you're looking for somewhere cheap but central. Biggest complaint I had was the plug socket beside the bed wasn't a standard socket so I had to charge my phone from across the room at night. When that's my biggest complaint, that's pretty good going.

We arrived for one night before heading to Liguria The room we received was awful We went down to the reception asking to replace the room The lady at the counter was unpleasant And said that they have no room available so it is impossible to change the room We asked to speak to the Manger and she said it is not possible The other guy at the reception asked if he may help and found for us a different room. The other room was better but it was impossible to take a shower since there was a problem in the plumbing and there were only hot(steam) water The guy that came to check it said it happens from time to time At the morning there was another lady at the reception that was a wear to the problem She was much nicer than the one was the night before I asked to talk to the manager She said he might contact me later this week We decided not even try the breakfast and leave without even having a shower. For us it felt like a cheap motel and not an hotel That was bad experience of Milano for us

Staff was very friendly and helpful; breakfast was incredible, specially their fresh made Capuccino, and also the cold cuts, pancakes and fruit, all great! 15’ walk to the Duomo and 5’ walk to subway station. If you need a taxi, reception gets you one in no time. Clean and wide bathroom, clean sheets and comfortable bed. Got myself the double room; it was big enough and quiet. Would stay there again

I don’t get the positive reviews here. Be careful with booking this hotel. The nice pictures that you see online are not from the rooms you get - these are from the suites. On google and their website they create a very nice impression of the rooms - in reality they are super old and not nice to stay at. Breakfast is horrible: no daylight in the breakfast room - food is disgusting. (Super funny they say the breakfast is one of their best things of the hotel - wake up Hotel team). The only good thing: the location near the city centre. All in all not a nice experience. We complained to the reception but they did not take us serious and did not want to compensate us in any way. Very sad!!

ONLY picture was looks nice, super old room and facility. Dirty bathroom and dusty on the floor lamp. Breakfast was horrible, we didn’t finished dishes. I don’t understand why this place has so many good reviews. Maybe they have a few nice rooms? Not all rooms have same quality? Anyway peoples don’t go this place, I regretted booking this hotel.
