Hotel Carina

It's a worst place in my life. If u see pictures of the places they are totally different with reality. Reality is horrible. Everything in the room so old, dirty, walls are dirty. There is no lamp. First day at night we came to the room and we didn't have water to have shower we didn't have even electricity. At least we wanted have shower In the morning. But hot water was only for 3 min. Then water is gone. After 5 min there is no even cold water. In the room there is nothing like mug or glasses to drink water. We went to the reception and the reception guy was so rude. He just said "go to a bar and ask the bar workers. This no my problem. I am reception".then we went to a bar to ask glasses. The bar workers said if we want glasses we have to order something. But we paid 50$ per night. Bed sheet is broken. We deserve at least glasses for water in the room. Workers are unpolite ans very rude. In the breakfast vegetables are not looking fresh and bread also. The hotel says in the booking if u book the hotel they will not give u back the money. So be careful. Otherwise u have to stay in this horrible place and lost your money and vacation mood. Look the pictures.

My family stayed here for 10 days in June. To say the hotel is nothing like the photos is a bit of an understatement. The feeling is immediately shabby. Cracks and dirt everywhere, with beer bottles strewn around for everyone to see. Everywhere you look, there are cracked tiles and peeling, crumbling features. There was always rubbish lying around to pool area. We mentioned to the management that children were cutting themselves in the pool. This was denied by staff until we went underwater and found a shattered cocktail glass at the bottom of the pool. This was handed into the staff and when we tried to photograph it, they quickly turned away and hid the glass. At least three children had to have cuts checked. The elevator was filthy. Trash cans were putrid with rot / rust on the bottom in the rooms. The shower head in the bathroom had to be held together with a plastic bag in order for the water to come out. Single sheets were provided for double beds. The pillows looked like they were the original pillows from when the hotel first opened. There were random holes in the hotel room walls with exposed wiring. The ceiling fan also had exposed wires. The view from the room was of a mountain of rubbish bags / boxes. Having read reviews and responses regarding the hotel bar music, it seemed staff were happy to relocate people to quieter rooms. They were NOT. My 60 year old parents were threatened will police action for asking if the music could either be turned down or they be placed in a quieter part of the hotel. Food took an age to be prepared and was cold every time it was delivered. Some of the staff were lovely, but management were quite aggressive whenever requests were made. We have photos of everything mentioned above but cannot post here. Avoid like the plague, there are beautiful hotels close by for similar prices, which my parents were informed of, when told the police would be called if they continued asking for what was presented in the photos online.
