At first, I was skeptical about staying in this hotel because some reviews mentioned high noise levels. But the location and free bikes seemed worth the try. I'm glad we stayed. The staff was always very accommodating to our requests and we loved the included breakfast. Our room was located on the second floor (208) very spacious and clean. Bath robes and slippers were provided. Water bottles, which for some reason someone in a review said we would be charged 6 dollars for, so we only used one, we weren't charged. The noise level was not bad. Maybe in our room wasn't the worst but still, no loud music at night and no partiers at the pool. The staff was professional and friendly as well. Bikes worked great and locks were useful.

I liked the industrial design and the bed was comfy. Our room was very noisy. It had the street on one side and the stairs on the other so we were constantly woken by street noise and other hotel guests. Ear plugs were provided but they inevitably fall out in the night. We also got a lot of street light through the cracks in the curtains which couldn’t be stopped. Luckily we had eye masks. Our key card constantly stopped working so we had to get it reset at reception almost every time we came back. Most annoyingly, when we were checking out, we asked one of the guys at reception to check our bus ticket to make sure we were going to the right bus station and he sent us to the wrong one, which caused a lot of issues for us.

Max a decent three star hotel… rooms not taken care off… aircon very loud… shower very old school… sink clogging… hotel laundry not working… no drinks at hotel bar during the day… very poor hotel…

Thieves ! I didn’t stay here ,just picked up a friend to stay with me in my Cancún home . We were traveling to the airport and so I picked him up later the afternoon. Guess what, he left the bags with the hotel and they stole 400$ out of the zipped bag in the luggage room. Now I checked the reviews and it happened to lots of people. This hotel steals from your bags ! Don’t stay in this rotten place. Probably everyone is in cahoots of these thefts as they never react. My wife is a lawyer and we are actually filing a claim with Turispol and the appropriate ministry. This time you stole from the wrong people !
