On Friday I tried to go up to the hotel terrace and with very bad treatment the person at the entrance did not allow me to enter because of my dog. My dog is a service dog, it is not a companion or emotional support animal. I tried to explain to the lady by showing her my dog's IDs without even giving me an opportunity to explain my disability. I received a resounding no and discrimination that I had not felt in a long time. The treatment is regrettable.

Hotel: It's okay if you come thinking it's a boutique hotel, although a bit expensive for what it is. Restaurant: THEY TREAT YOU GREATLY IF YOU SAY YOU ARE A GUEST, it is expensive and the food is not worth the price and because you are a guest they seat you at the ugliest tables. And the ground floor hosts are even worse.
