This was a great hotel to stay in Rome! The staff was very accommodating when it came to setting up transfers to/from airport. They offered to help if we needed any tours booked. Breakfast staff was also very kind and accommodating! The location was PERFECT! Less than a 10 minute walk from the Trevi Fountain and all of the major shops. Close to the Colosseum as well. I would definitely stay here again if I travel to Rome!

This hotel located in Rome is close the principal tourist points. If you book the one of the bedroom will be good, like I booked because the others is small. Anyway in summer time is hot inside because the AC doesn’t work good, always the same temperature and sometimes stop to work. I stayed in this hotel 3 nights and happy when I left because in summer time is hot, to me not so comfortable, but is clean, the breakfast is good. Is a very small hotel, not 4 stars, if compare with a real 4 stars, this hotel is 2 stars maximum, but is in good area

We arrived in Italy 2 weeks ago, and Rome was our last stop. We were hoping for a nice cool hotel room, as there has been an oppressive heat wave in Italy since our arrival. The air conditioning was not working in our room, and the hotel staff confirmed it was not working, but did nothing to rectify the situation. We spent 2 nights in absolute discomfort. The front desk gentleman we dealt with yesterday was rude, defensive, and unprofessional. The woman we dealt with upon arrival, and departure was pleasant. She gave us an extra room the first night for my daughter, and I, but the air conditioning still was not adequate. There was hair in the bed, the shower spout did not turn on, and there was black mold all over the shower. They failed to mention that we did not have that room the second night, and took it upon themselves to pack up all of our personal items and dump them back into our first room while we were sightseeing. Zero communication. The breakfast room was so hot and the construction across the street made it very unenjoyable. The location was adequate and the rooms were fairly clean. If you are staying here this summer CANCEL!!

I will start out positive and say this hotel location is perfect. It is close to everything and I did not require public transport or taxis during my trip. Now I will address the negative… 1. The room I stayed in looked nothing like the photos online. Not sure if it’s the worst room in the hotel but it was gross. The shower/bathroom was not clean and looked very old/rusty. There was no natural light despite being on the 3rd floor. It felt like a prison cell. 2. Front desk staff was rude (specially a female but I didn’t catch her name). I was nude in my room and all of a sudden the guests staying in the room next to me entered my room with a key. I screamed and went down to the front desk to let them know. The staff proceeded to act like I was making it up and that it was impossible for them to have access. She sat there with no urgency to figure out what happened but I kept telling her it did happen. Turns out she gave the other hotel guest access to my room and did not apologize. That is a huge safety issue and her attitude about it did not make the situation better. 3. Elevator had no AC and smelled rancid. It was 105F in Rome the days I stayed and it felt like I was going to pass out everytime I went into the elevator. Overall, I have travelled a lot in my life and stayed in many hotels (2, 3, 4 and 5 star hotels) and this is NOT a 4 star hotel. This is a 3 star hotel with 2 star customer service at best….
