We had such a great experience here. First of all it was close to all of the great things that south beach has to offer. Plus they were so accommodating throughout our whole trip. They were always willing to answer any questions we had and they were so kind. Oh ya and the bed was very comfy, along with the room being clean and cute.

I had a great time at the Cafe Chelsea. This was my first time visiting for brunch and the experience was excellent. The host team was so welcoming and the hostess Valerie was so kind to my family. I felt so comfortable. The food was amazing and our server took great care of us. Will definitely be returning!! Great experience!

So I'm glad I didn't go off the negative reviews. Before getting to the hotel,I informed the staff that my guest would be celebrating a birthday and requested a room with a nice view.when we arrived, check in was a breeze,the location was a booth near the Entrance and easy to find. When we got to our room,it was right next to the elevator but that was not a problem at all.the room we were given had a beautiful view.the bed was comfy,the TV didn't have many movie options but we made due.the water in room 203 has hot water but has to be turned on cold,bring your own towels, they only give you one and soap is not provided. The only complaint I had was that a man walked in without knocking as if he was gonna clean the room,he apologized and left immediately. So glad we were decent.other than that,my experience was pleasant.side note parking is not available, definitely look for a garage that offers a flat rate for the overnight stay, we end up paying $60.def not worth it.anyway thanks for helping me make my boyfriends birthday a great one we enjoyed our time

The hotel room was clean and nice, but the overall experience I had here was TERRIBLE. I stayed a couple of months ago, and I still can't let it go, so let me write about it here. I accidentally left my bag at the bar on the 1st floor and realized that my cash ($300) was stolen. I asked for help from a woman at the reception, and she told me that the manager would contact me with a record of the CCTV footage. I acknowledge that it was my fault for leaving my bag unattended, but I found their response to the issue unhelpful. My stay there was short, so I inquired for updates several times while I stayed there but I was repeatedly told, "the manager will contact you soon." It eventually took him 3 DAYS to get back to me after I checked out, and his response was, "the bar is apart from the hotel, and as they checked, nothing was found." He even misspelled my name. He didn't provide any CCTV footage or videos. I'm convinced the manager didn't prioritize this matter at all. I was truly disappointed and felt too exhausted to seek further assistance, so I just gave up. I had finally saved up for my dream holiday in Miami, but the entire time I was staying there, I was preoccupied with what happened at the bar and the unsatisfactory service from the staff. I gave up going some places. This affected my ability to enjoy sightseeing as well. I won’t stay here again. Truly disappointed.

I left behind a bag with hundreds of dollars worth of makeup, skincare, and most importantly medication. I have an airtag in it so I know I left it behind and where to locate it. When I called to ask if anyone has found it they said housekeeping didn’t find anything however they would have found it since I checked out and they would have cleaned the room by then. I live out of state and was already back home so I couldn’t show up myself. Dishonest staff probably took all my stuff for themselves. Things are replaceable but it’s the principle. It’s dangerous to have a staff that steals or lies. I read other reviews here and saw someone post about her money being stolen, was probably the staff too!
