We booked this hotel during Chinese New Year. Service in this hotel is superb. They are very accommodating. They let us store our baggages and charge our powerbanks even if we already checked out so we can explore KL. I was not expecting much from the rooms since it is a budget hotel. It is decent enough to just sleep in. One thing I noticed is that plug is limited so you need to have a splitter to charge multiple devices. Overall, I recommend this place for their services and if you're in a budget.

I love our stay here. Hotel is strategically located in Chinatown, it's easy to find restaurants and souvenirs to buy plus the rate is cheap and the receptionist's are all very accommodating. The guy even helped us arrange for our one day tour at a very cheap rate. Our deluxe room for two is big and could fit up to 4 pax and comes with toiletries. They also provide free hot and cold drinking water.

This hotel is totally different with their pictures their show in online booking. Room is definitely small and has no comfort table for us to put our stuffs. WiFi is always up and down. Air Conditioner is centralised, we can not adjust the temperature. About payment only by cash in that moment. They were said causes the credit card machine has problem for last 2 months. But hotel staffs is friendly and fully assist, good location and very near or next hotel is money changer. For solo traveller is totally good but for families are need to be think twice.
