The service was good, but The AC was also so loud I kept waking up. I slept there for few hours before driving back to Elk Grove. the next day went home and noticed a bunch of bit marks on my back. I am writing this review in discomfort. It's so painful I called the hotel the next day the denial such issues existed

Original hotel we arrived at at 11pm couldn't find our Travelocity reservation so after an hour on the phone without getting resolution we switched to Clariana. Very helpful manager, clean comfy room. Happy to finally get some rest.

Hotel has a gated uncovered parking lot. There are however other near by public parking garages that are located within walking distance. Check in and check out were done easily without any hassle. They had two luggage carts available by the elevator. The room was located on the 3rd floor with your choice of elevator or stairway. Hotel room amenities were decent. Tv mounted on the wall would be hard if you wanted to connect anything to the tv. Room did have a luggage cot, iron, alarm clock, coffee marker, small microwave, lamps had one ac plug on top for easy access. Mini refrigerator with stocked with drinks they also had snacks in the room if you would like to purchase. They also have room service. Free Wi-Fi. Queen size beds were very comfortable came with 3 pillows each. Bathroom was fully stocked. Complimentary bar soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. Room had an office chair and a basic desk. Room did not have a closet. It did have a safe and a clothes rack. In front of the tv it had a dresser with drawers. I took a few pictures before I left to give you an idea of the hotel room. They also had complimentary breakfast but I didn’t make it in time to check it out. I only stayed one night so I did not check out other amenities. In my opinion it was a decent place and I would be willing to stay here again.

The service at this hotel was the best!! I have stayed at many hotels in California and I was beyond impressed. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They have every kind of drink and snacks in the room for a regular price without robbing your pockets, which was nice. And we felt very safe at the hotel, very secure. Let me add quiet as well. We booked a room here because we were going to the Improv, which turned out to be across the street and down a beautiful lit walkway.
