too small room, specially bathroom absolutely tiny you only can stand up with one feet , too expensive, also they take £20 deposit for car park which is redundable, and they said they will refund but they won't refund. its over 3 months I emailed them ask for £20 refund but no response.. be aware ..... 2 nights for 500 , waste of money

Stayed for two nights by myself; mostly fine and would stay again but a couple considerations. Staff were really nice and the place was clean. 1. Location is very good; easy walk to Paddington 2. Bathroom was extremely small. Shower is probably fine for most people, but I’m very tall and had to duck to get under the water. 3. As others have pointed out breakfast is low key. Both days I went to a nearby cafe. 4. No AC in rooms; wasn’t an issue during my stay, but could see it bugging others in peak summer

Clean with good location ! Nearby Paddington station! Breakfast is good but if you reserved with booking is more expensive!!! Very typical English hotel :)!
