We had a 3 night stay at the Montana Hotel this week. We were extremely grateful to the staff for fitting us in when we turned up on Sunday with no prior booking, as the accommodation we had originally booked for our stay was not up to standard. We stayed in a family room which was very comfortable and lovely and warm in this cold January weather. The staff were so helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed the full continental breakfast. I was very pleasantly surprised at the price of our stay considering the location. I can't wait for our next trip to London and I will definitely book this hotel for any future visits. 5 stars 🌟

We had a lovely stay at The Montana Hotel. The service was great - especially the reception staff. They were very kind, friendly and helpful. The location was great and I’d definitely recommend staying here with children. My 7yr old and I really enjoyed being able to walk to the museums and generally feel quite safe walking any time of day.

The sleep was enjoyable and the room was clean . The elevator was small so be careful when moving your baggage upwards with yourself. The shower we had in the room was in a pretty small bathroom but the main issue was the water pressure and temperature control. Sometimes the water would just turn fully off in the middle of the shower or the shower would be scalding hot despite it on the coldest setting… which then corrects itself after maybe a few minutes. The location was very good and the staff was wonderful at the front desk.

We love the Montana Hotel! We have stayed many times, & look forward to doing so again. The location is excellent- right beside the Gloucester Road stop on the Piccadilly Line. The rooms are clean & comfortable, the staff so respectful & helpful. We have continental breakfast always, which includes many different types of fruit, which pleases me no end! We had dinner in the Indian restaurant there our last night, & it was the best meal we had in London.
