Not good enough for the price paid. I paid more than 100 euros per night, but the place was very very basic. Service is okay, but no lifts. And I was given a room in 3rd floor and they won’t carry my baggage. Very inconvenient!! Location is good though, if you are travelling hands free.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a good time. The price was decent for a very central hotel in Altona. The staff was very nice and friendly at check-in. Our room was also really clean. If you have mobility issues it might be wise to request a room on the lower floors since there is no elevator due to the age of the building. It was not a problem for us.

For this price it's a great hotel! Very friendly service and great location. The room was clean, everything is just a bit shabby & old but that was totally fine with us. Again, the price & friendly staff are great.

Outdated. Sold as a double room which is 2 single beds literally pushed together plus an additional single bed. Bottle opener provided in the room along with 5 glasses who knows why 5 glasses for a 3 person room with only 2 people in it. The bed isn't comfy, the pillows are awful, don't ask for additional pillows because you'll be rudely told everyone only has one and we don't have anymore. Room had a low roof but health and safety obviously doesn't exist, no signs of any description warning of low ceiling in parts. Room door doesn't look automatically when you leave the room you need to lock it yourself, god knows why this is a thing in the 21st century. Bedside lamps loose and move very freely almost as if they will fall off. Outdated in need of a major update/upgrade. Wifi is good thats about the only positive. Avoid at all costs unless comfort doesn't bother you

I booked a hotel room for my mother and the hotel staff were very helpful and very friendly. The rooms were always kept clean. The hotel's location is very near the metro station and there are a lot of shops and restaurants with a 15 minute walk to Altona. Overall, it is a very good hotel if you are planning to book a room just to sleep in while you spend the rest of the day being outside.
