We booked this hotel at the last minute and it was a lovely surprise. The apartment was very spacious and modern, tastefully decorated and well equipped. Air conditioning works perfectly and is easy to adjust. We also loved the location in a charming 'neighborhood with plenty of restaurants nearby. Easy and pleasant walk to the city center and close to the waterfront.

Excellent hôtel with spacious room. Lots of amenities. Easy to use for self check in and check out. The apartments have a fridge mini kitchen dishwasher anything you need if you stay more than a few days.

Very nice location in the Portuguese quarter with a wide range of cafes and restaurants. Short walk from Landungsbrücke, Ubahn and with walking distance from the centre of Hamburg. Hotel was nice and quiet.

Great location. Our studio apartment was of a reasonable size and in excellent condition with lots of wardrobe space and a well-equipped kitchenette. The only thing we missed was a sofa or comfortable armchair. The curtains and blinds didn’t keep light out effectively so that after sunrise the room was very bright – light enough to read. So bring eye-shades if you like a darkened room for sleeping. Check-in was a hassle and took us 30 minutes. To get keycards for the room, you have to use one of two touch-screen check in terminals in the entrance hall. After 17:30 or 18:00 there are no staff in the building to help with this. The screens are horizontal, built into a worktop, and can be difficult to read. You must search for and find your reservation, then enter a lot of details including name, address, date of birth, nationality, passport number and passport issuing authority (for all guests staying in the room except German nationals). If you make a mistake, you can end up back at the start of the process and have to enter all these details again. (We overlooked a ‘Continue’ button that wasn’t visible unless you scrolled down the screen.) After finally managing to get our keycards, we spent a few more minutes helping a couple who had been unable to check-in using the other screen. If you are unlucky and arrive when both check-in screens are in use, you could be in for a long wait!

Great location to explore the city and close to restaurants, public transportation etc. Apartments are spacious and stylisch after their recent renovation. Great comfortable beds with nice quality bedding. Bathroom amenities are provided from Rituals. Some of the bigger apartments come with a balcony or terrace. We chose the business apartment to have a separate living space so that we can work remotely. Perfect for a short city trip or longer stays of a couple weeks. P.S. Open your windows in the morning to not miss the Michel trumpet player at 10am :)
