Worst service from receptionist. Bad service. Very bad beds. Wrong information on website. We will never come back to this hotel again. Don’t book this hotel. Nice bar and good drinks was the only good thing. But don’t stay at the hotel.

The hotel and the room were very nice (wide, comfortable, clean, well made..). The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a great choice in the morning. However, the restaurants and bar access was clearly below expectations. Coming back to the hotel at 11pm, the ground floor bar could no longer serve drinks, the 20th floor bar wouldn't let me in because of a picture on my shirt, the room service had stopped 2 hours ago. There was no solution to have a drink or anything to eat. And to add to that, there was no complimentary water bottle nor kettle and tea in the rooms. Really disappointing.

Fantastic hotel, beautiful rooms and the bar on the 20th floor is stunning 😍 Breakfast was a buffet. Very well set out. Delicious food 😋

It was an OK for not great for business. The price we paid was quite high, and other than no phones in the room, no door on the shower in the washroom (not a big deal but the floor was always very wet) but the biggest issue was NO IRON or IRONING board. When you are travelling for business like we do, time is hard to come by. It may sounds like a small detail, but we need to look professional and be ready for work. There was no way to Iron our clothes. No joke, I ended asking the front desk a total of SEVEN times to borrow one of their few Irons/boards. They kept saying it would be sent up soon, or either, it's not available, come back again. Eventually I found another person attending the conference that had one, and managed to borrow it. Location was decent as it was close to the Reaperban street, but otherwise, probably better alternatives out there is you are travelling for business.
