Location is great right at the center of madrid. Room was generally Ok. However, acoustic is terrible. We could hear a lot of street noise through the window. we could also hear conversations and snoring from the room beside LOL. Plus, we got twin beds when we requested for a large bed when booking and reception didn’t even explain during check in. We had to ask about it and reception came off a little rude 😆

From Desk checkin staff seemed a bit rude, which is fine I guess. However, breakfast hostess and housekeepers were quite nice. The area is peaceful on most weekdays, but do not stay here on weekends. Absolutely terrible at night!!! I repeat do not stay here if you are trying to sleep at night on weekends. It is right next door to a club that’s open very late, mainly the obnoxious screaming drunk people. Hotel rooms were fine overall, just terrible surroundings.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff. Rooms are clean and hotel is confortable. Breakfast is excellent. You can walk to all the places of interest. Good wifi for working.
