A very good hotel for conferences or for those who want to easily get to the highway. Free parking is also a great advantage. Staff ok, room clean, but unfortunately not very well maintained, needed repairs. Varied breakfast. Also, they need someone to translate from Italian to English 😁, at least the months of the year- you can see in the pictures why 😊

Very clean and modern hotel. Excellent breakfast choices, in fact out of all places we have ever stayed, this was by far the best complimentary breakfast we have ever had. Rooms-clean, spacious, baby fridge (no control setting inside it) tv, big bathroom. Elevators inside the building. Underground parking available for an extra fee (5 euro per night). Restaurant on site - we didn't use it. There's a shopping centre nearby with a very nice grocery store, electronics store, cafes and others.

We booked 2 rooms through booking and specifically booked it due to its stated as pet friendly. After a hectic date we arrived very late around 11pm. 2 adults and 2 children plus our cat. upon trying to check in we were informed that they accept dogs ONLY but no cats. I informed him that no such notice was listed on their booking page. The mobile app simple stated pet friendly charges may apply. They refused to honor their advertised pledge. The person at the front desk printed out their desk top which states "Pets are allowed on request. Charges may be applicable. ". The mobile app which we booked on through booking.com omitted "on request". we asked to speak to a manager and was told the manager will be in tomorrow. This is not the service expected from a hotel of this caliber. This is absolutely disgusting and people should be aware that they discriminate against cats though my cat slept through the whole ordeal. at 12 midnight we had to pack up and go find another hotel . This hotel should be ashamed of this service. The place was crawling with dogs and outside the front door the shrubs smelled of dog urine yet they have issues with cats

Of all the hotels I've stayed in in my life, this is by far not only the best hotel I've stayed in, but also the least expensive. If only hotels from home were priced like this. The bed is very firm, but I prefer a firm bed. They had adequate amount of sheets and blankets. Giant bathroom. Really nice headboard, lighting, and wallpaper. Blackout curtains, lots of light switch options to set the mood how you want. Only downside is that all the TV programming was in Italian which was a bummer for me but not a huge deal in the big picture. The customer service at front desk was very helpful, spoke great English while I humoured them with my Italian. Breakfast could have been a bit better as they had no eggs left by the time I sat to eat (8:30am). Location is kinda not convenient unless you're okay taking a bus, or if you have a car. It's a 30-40 minute bus ride to/from the city centre from the hotel.

I give it two stars with pain because this hotel has a lot of potential. Let me start by saying when we arrived the staff was good, very attentive and professional. The lobby area looks very nice too. Rooms is where the problem is, when we got it there was a strong smell of pee, we booked two rooms and even the other one smelled like pee. We had to buy some disinfectant to clean it and take that smell out of the room, we checked under the toilet seat there were some yellow spots, so my guess is that they’re not cleaning properly, so immediately I think, if that’s how they clean the bathrooms, what about the rest of the room? We got there pretty late and stayed only one night why bother changing rooms. Great for a place to stay if you have transportation, because it’s pretty far from the city center. Like I said before it has potential they just gotta make a quick changes to be better. Breakfast is fine, personally I am allergic to eggs and gluten so it leaves few options for me, as I can only eat cold cuts and some fruit. But if you can enjoy everything then it’s really good for breakfast. They don’t have gluten free options with vegan stuff. I asked the staff and they only had some gluten free cookies or rice cakes. Overall maybe just maybe I would consider staying here one more time, just because it might be better the next time we go.
