Stayed 3 nights to attend an event at Bologna Fiera, excellent location for the fiera, 5 minute taxi journey. Common areas of the hotel were really lovely and modern, excellent breakfast, the fresh make your own pancake station was really fun, tho could have done with 2 machines. The room was nicely laid out, only issue was the walls were super thin, whenever a room next to you opened their door it felt like they were opening your door too. All of the staff were super helpful

A fantastic 3* hotel in Bologna. The rooms are good size wise, and the furniture is well maintained. The food for breakfast is quite good, and the staff are very friendly and kind. The value for money is excellent, and there is a shopping center and some restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of parking on-site.

This hotel was alright! The front desk service was very helpful in getting us cabs and information. The room was pretty decent. A little annoying how the ac is in the hallway above the entry door so your room gets warm at various points through the night. The location wasn’t the best for us, but we knew that going in. My only gripe was one morning during breakfast the employee only asked me (in the crowded room) to verify I paid for the breakfast, by asking room number (per their routine.) I was first customer there , they waited until room was full, and ask me (the only African American.) This seemed rather unprofessional. Offensive for sure.

Room is fine and I would compliment Dove cosmetics that I liked. Breakfast is okay but at 4-star hotel I would expect more choice and more quality food. We love to have wine in a nice lobby at the evening/night which in this case was not so doable - lobby is basically where you have a breakfast in the morning. Not so spacious or designed. Considering that the hotel is placed in kinda industrial area there is very limited choice of nearby bars so good lobby would be highly appreciated. Bar works until 11pm which we were not told by the waiters (they should have announced the last call but instead they only brought us a bill made until that point of time) so we couldn’t take the bottle of wine and unpleasant male desk associate wasn’t helping the situation and was rude. Mini bar in the room has one beer and one soft drink along with few waters for 2 person room (?). Either equipment the mini bar, able desk associate to sell drinks or at least train waiters to announce it to people sitting in the lobby so they can order what they need until the end of the night.
