Our room had everything we needed and the view from our room was pretty. The service at reception was friendly and professional. The location, for us, was absolutely fantastic. Everywhere we wanted to go, was within walking distance. Overall, great value for money.

I travelled to Paris for work and my organisation (non-profit) usually puts staff up here. It's quaint, small, not touristy, and really clean. There is A/C in the summer. The service is great and the lady who runs the breakfast area is so cute and friendly. It is a great price for the location with all the usual amenities. Yes the room is small, but that's Paris - you should be outside all day instead of inside your room!

We stayed at the hotel for a weekend. Due to strike of ATC in France, we had to leave day earlier. We checked out after a first night (we supposed to stay two). Receptionist told us, that she cant refund us (we choose that option over the booking - not the problem) and she is sending our deposit back to our bank account. After almost a month 150€ of deposit did not come back and we dont know why. After writing a email the response was, that email does not exist.
