Seriously? We just wanted a bed for one night near the train station - more convenient for us between 2 trips. I'm not really a picky person, but this place was almost a horror show, and we heard that the owner doesn't really care about his own hotel as well. If you want an interesting experience in an almost abandoned hotel, go for it. Otherwise - book something else. We literally stayed a total of 30 minutes in this dirty hotel and could not get a refund of course. Another thing to note, it's an old building with steep stairs (no escalator), so be careful if you have on the 3+ floor with big luggage.

Room was small, basic but clean, with a good shower. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast basic but ok for the price 3.50 euro. No elevator and the stairs are a bit awkward but this is not unusual for cheap hotels in Paris. A bit of noise from other guests but again this is only normal for this type of hotel. Location is fine, lively multicultural neighbourhood, plenty of bars and restaurants close. We would have given 3 or 4 stars but unfortunately the room was unbearably hot at night, with no airco or fan. Even with the window wide open it was difficult to sleep. Therefore we would only return in the winter!

Not ideal at all if you have anything larger than a day pack/ large handbag. It’s nigh impossible to navigate the uneven spiral stairs which reach up 6 floors. No elevator. This inaccessibility is a shame because if you do manage to make it to your room without tripping up the stairs, hitting your shin on a step or cursing the size of your luggage, the rooms are comfortable and well decorated.

Worst hotel ever. (Based on the expectation va reality) Very small room. No lift. The stairs were steep. Although employees are nice, no initiative to help carry the luggages. A/C isn’t functioning. When we went there, there are black people fighting on the street like a gang war. (No offense. I’m not racist. Just describingy exp. Look I’m asian. Lol) There’s no phone to call reception. (Goodluck going up and down on the steep narrow dark stairs) Luckly, we got full refund and we book to different hotel. Rue something. Hope they renovate it to compensate on the lifts and the location.
