Cold room, thin windy windows giving on a noisy street, bad bed, VERY steep narrow staircase, poor breakfast with a load crackling radio (I turned the volume down, but a woman came, turned it up and went back to the kitchen...). I was lucky to have a shower and toilet in my room

Rooms old and dated but bed very comfortable.. that's if you can get some sleep with the noise outside at night.. unless you're planning to be out and about at night I wouldn't recommend. Shared shower room was ok, basic but did the job and shared toilet wasn't big enough to bend over to pull your pants up! Breakfast service was ok.. continental not full English. You have to leave your door key with receptionist in next building to be able to get back in when you come back which was bit of a pain in the arse.

The room it Self is very small and the stairs are so high, that we barely got our luggage up. The noises on the outside are so extremely loud, we could Not get good sleep. The breakfast was Not really good. And the bathroom was not really clean. But at least the Service was nice and the Price low.

Called to ask about the process of cleaning the facilities, and was yelled at over the phone by the manager! This woman went from 0-100 when i asked a simple question about the facilities. While it appeared that the room would be good, and the location excellent, getting spoken to like that over the phone was definitely off-putting. I decided to take my business elsewhere. I daresay anyone willing to stay here, don’t ask for information about anything at all and you should be fine.

Good afternoon, I want to leave a review about this hotel. The booking states that payment is due upon arrival at the hotel. But the hotel tried to deduct money from my bank card more than once. Before my trip, I called the hotel and the man said it was the hotel's fault. Said not to worry. Upon arrival at the hotel, I was very surprised because my booking was canceled (you can see this in my profile, there are two bookings for this hotel). When I contacted the hotel employee about this issue, she said that my reservation was canceled and at the moment they do not have free rooms. She said that I was lying, that I called the hotel. After a few minutes of our dialogue, the hotel employee simply started ignoring me and said that she could not help. I left the hotel and again was most surprised. I went to booking and it turned out that there is a free 4-bed room in this hotel. I booked again, but to a different mail and in the name of the person of the person with whom I arrived. In the end, we still managed to check into the hotel. Please answer why this happened so that in the future to avoid similar situations. From the good aspects: very pleased with the location and breakfast. I also wanted to ask a question: is it normal that there was a constant smell of grass in the room? I don't plan to stay at this hotel again in the future!
