Visited Hotel De’ Ricci yesterday and was greeted by Daniel in the lobby. He exuded competence and professionalism from our first interaction. Subsequently I was served by Marta at the cigar lounge. Her warm personality and attentiveness made my visit so enjoyable. It is said that hospitality and attention to customers makes the difference between good hotels and great hotels. And while this hotel may be smaller in size/decorations compared to others, the service at Hotel De’ Ricci more than makes up for it, giving it great stature. I believe that under the care of Daniel and Marta, your stay will be in good hands. They are an asset to any organisation. Will come again when I’m in Rome. Regards, Dillion from Singapore

Stayed here for one night recently. Great location near all the sites including Piazza Navona and Camp De’Fiori and Trastevere. The service was great at check in. Very friendly. Room was comfortable but shower wasn’t private which may be an issue for some. Check out was annoying as it took a bit too long but overall I’d stay there again. Good value for the stay.
