Great location. Room was clean and spacious. Staff were friendly and efficient.Could do with decorating.

Cockroaches in the room. Worst hotel experience ever. On our last night as soon as we entered the room there are cockroaches running around on the bed, disgusting, we went to the recession with the dead cockroaches in tissue paper and the only thing the recession lord said he could do was apologize because he had no other room to move into, it's unacceptable that they didn't even go to change the bed linen, we barely slept that night in disgust and I'm afraid that more fags would show up. The bathroom is shared so there should be a better cleaning but there was none because there were ants in the bathroom, a drain in the middle of the bathroom that was always coming off the lid, the hotel corridors were full of junk and dirty, the room had holes in the wall, the ceiling was filthy, in short, horrible, the fact that it is well located in Rome does not make up for the rest. There was no refund or legitimate apology for what happened, the gentleman at the reception even apologizing was always apologizing that it was not their fault that cockroaches fly.

Sent three questions (demands) before booking. All was promised fulfilled. None were actually fulfilled. The room was dirty. The bathroom located in the hallway was if possible even dirtier. Floor slippery and uneven. Very dangerous. As we arrived around midnight, we could not find another hotel until next day. My best advice is to stay away from this place. Better to sleep in a cardboard box in the street than use this hotel.
